Overview

All products sold on Lolomele are digital downloads, including Excel workbooks, PDF companion guides, and Notion templates. Because these files can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you simply no longer need the product.

When We Do Offer a Refund

We will gladly issue a full refund if:

•You were charged but never received access to download your files

•The files you downloaded are corrupted, damaged, or will not open

•The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page

•You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at [support@lolomele.space]. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following: changing your mind after downloading the files, not having the software needed to open the files (such as Microsoft Excel or Notion), or not reading the product description carefully before purchasing.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
