No — you check rankings with whatever tool or search you already use, then log the result. This keeps the kit accurate and free of any tool subscription, and lets it work with any rank-checking method.
How many keywords can I track?
The Keyword Tracker ships with room for 40 keywords — copy a row down to add more.
How often should I log a rank check?
Monthly is enough for most sites to see a meaningful trend; the Rank Check Log has room for weekly checks on your top priority terms if you want more resolution.
Will this work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets — formulas, dropdowns, and the chart all carry over.
Can I track competitors other than the two built in?
Yes — the Competitor Keyword Comparison tab has room for more rows, and you can relabel the competitor columns to any names you track.
