Microsoft Excel 2019 or Microsoft 365 (Windows and Mac), LibreOffice Calc, and Google Sheets (upload and open). No macros, no add-ins.

How to use it

1. Settings: set your target margin, low-stock level, ideal title length, minimum description words and minimum number of photos.
2. Catalog: one row per product with SKU, name, category, cost, price, stock and status. Margin, stock alerts and value are calculated.
3. Channels: mark with Y where each product is listed (your website, marketplaces, social shop…).
4. Listing Quality: enter title length, description word count, number of photos, keywords and reviews. Each listing gets a score out of 100 and a to-do.
5. Dashboard: products to fix first, low stock, catalog value and margin by category.
