How Delivery Works
Right after checkout
On the order confirmation page.
In your inbox
In your order confirmation email.
Any time after
Under My Account → Downloads.
If You Don’t Receive Your Download Link
- Check spam or promotions. Confirmation emails sometimes land there.
- Check My Account → Downloads. Your files are usually there even if the email didn’t arrive.
- Confirm the order is Completed. Not “Processing” or “Pending”, under My Account → Orders.
- Still missing? Email us with your order number and we’ll resend your link.
Each product’s download link works for a limited number of downloads and a limited time window, shown on your My Account → Downloads page. If you’ve used it up or it’s expired, contact support with your order number.
