Microsoft Excel 2019 or Microsoft 365 (Windows and Mac), LibreOffice Calc, and Google Sheets (upload and open). No macros, no add-ins.

How to use it

1. Settings: set how many days you promise to ship within, and edit the lists of statuses, carriers and sales channels.
2. Orders: add each order (date, number, customer, channel, items, value). Update the status, ship date, carrier, tracking number and delivery date as the order moves.
3. The Ship-by date, days to ship, late flag and delivery time are calculated for you.
4. Issues: log any problem (damaged, lost, wrong item, late) with the order number, the action taken and the cost.
5. Check Performance and Dashboard every week: on-time rate, average days to ship, open orders, top customers.
